My email has been pre-whitelisted, but cannot use it on Tokensoft as I joined other projects before.

If you had joined another project before the 17th of November, you'll likely need to register a new account and complete KYC again as the Tokensoft KYC process had changed around that time.

If you registered a new account, and tried to complete KYC with the new process but failed - yet you succeeded in the past - please create a support ticket with Tokensoft and try to include details about the last event you successfully completed KYC for.

Users need to go to https://onboard.tokensoft.io/ again and they can use the same email and password for registering a new account.
