KYC issue on Tokensoft

If your KYC is still processing and you are concerned about how long it is taking. Please be assured that Tokensoft will give you a verdict on your KYC before the event starts.

If your KYC failed, but you had successfully completed KYC for another Tokensoft event, please create a support ticket with them and be sure to include as much information as you can about the previous successful KYC.
