I contributed to Pioneer Crowdloan but when I check eligibility, it shows Signature Verification Failed, what can I do?

UPDATE: the prewhitelist site is closed. All whitelisted email addresses have been given to Tokensoft, we can no longer update or amend the list.

Due to signature compatibility, please the https://prewhitelist.bit.country works best on Chrome with the PolkadotJs extension installed. 

If you import an external wallet to PolkadotJs Extension, please make sure you import with existing mnemonic seed, wallet that is imported from the external wallet QR import is not supported at this stage.
